In the early years of the program, Lifeline Pop-up tents were the main way for people to access the free phone program, however many people were unable to either locate or hunt down these tents due to challenges, whether due to to distance, lack of transportation or disabilities. When we discovered how hard it was for seniors, low income & the transportation & mobility challenged, that is when we decided to find a way to make it more convenient & accessible to more people.

We eliminate everyday barriers that keep residents & members from accessing lifeline benefits and elevate resident safety, communication, connectedness & well being with a no cost, turnkey on-site service. We teach & empower community leaders & organizations about the lifeline wireless program so they can make an even larger positive impact in the community.
We are California's leading specialized Lifeline wireless distribution company, focused exclusively on low income & affordable housing communities, food banks, senior centers & community outreach organizations. Our team has been involved in the program since 2015 & has helped thousands of individuals get connected through the Lifeline Wireless program. Helping people stay connected to their friends & family, the community, resouces, jobs, education & healthcare through the Free Phone program. A core part of our mission is education - teaching & empowering the property managers, food banks, community workers, senior centers, shelters & non profit organizations who support & serve our community.

Each month brings new needs - lost phones, seniors who can't travel, vulnerable residents needing a stable number & new move-ins who qualify immediately.
